Privacy policy

Data collected

The claridata.fr website collects personal data in two situations: when you fill in the contact form (name, company, email, phone and optional project information) and when you book an appointment through the booking calendar (data processed by Google Calendar).

Purposes of processing

The data collected is used exclusively to respond to your enquiry, organize the requested appointment and follow up on any resulting business relationship. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept for as long as needed to process the request, then for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, in line with the French data protection authority (CNIL) recommendations.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your personal data.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@claridata.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Third-party services

Appointment booking relies on Google Calendar, the use of which is subject to Google's privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn lead to a third-party service governed by its own policy.
